Day 1: Arrival in Beaune: Uncontested wine capital of Burgundy and also one of the most little exquisite French Towns, source of art and history. Do not miss the famous Hotel-Dieu (chosen as emblem of Burgundy) with its roofs made of glazed tiles) and the wine museum of Burgundy.
Day 2: Beaune -Cote de Nuit - Beaune 56km (+optional loop 12km): Excursion devoted to discover the famous area "Cote de Nuits" known for the "Grands Vins de Bourgogbe" and more especially the red wines: Morey St Denis, Chambolle Musigny, Vosne Romanee and the more expensive wine of Burgundy: Romanee Conti. You will also appreciate some famous sights such as the Chateau du Clos Vougeot, and the town of Nuits Saint Georges or the chateau of Gevrey Chambertin.
Day 3: Beaune - Chateauneuf 38km: Still passing through the famous vineyards of Burgundy you will reach the "Ouche Valley". Then cross the Burgundy canal to finally reach Chateauneuf, an old picturesque village protected by a 12th - 15th century chateau.
Day 4: Chateauneuf - Autun 53km: A country stage via the town of Arnay le Duc and its charming medieval center and via other pretty villages before joining Autun. Students in the school of Autun, Napoleon Bonaparte have certainly dreamt there about imperial glory in front of the roman vestiges of the city founded by Auguste. The Arroux Gate, the St Andre Gate and the Theatre (the biggest one of Gaul) are the most important Roman sites. Even the cathedral St Lazare built on the 12th century is marked by the Roman decorative influence.
Day 5: Autun - Nolay 44km: A journey via the Renaissance chateau of Sully and the nice town of Epinac before joining the vineyards. Stay in Nolay,a charming town with a beautiful 15th century covered market, edged with the "Haute Cote de Beaune" vineyards.
Day 6: Nolay - Mercurey - Chagny - Nolay 58km: This excursion will bring you from famous vineyards (such as Mercurey) to wine cellars to taste and appreciate (once again) the delicate Burgundy's wines! You will also cycle on the Voie verte' cycling path along the river and the 'Canal du Centre' for a peaceful excursion!
Day 7: Nolay - Beaune 31km This last stage passing via the Chateau of Rochepot (a magnificent 13th and 15th century fortress with roofs made of glazed tiles) will bring you through the 'Cote de Beaune' vineyards and all the prestigious white wines such as Meursault, Puligny Montrachet, Chassagne Montrachet, etc… for your last Burgundy delight!

Cycling discovery in the heart of châteaux country
Discover the Loire Valley treasures : Chateaux, ponds and forests… Follow this Royal River and discover its most prestigious chateaux. This comprehensive itinerary includes all the main sites and features that make the Loire Valley so unique.
Day 1: Arrival in Blois. Possibility to visit the town with its typical paved streets punctuated with staircases, and the chateau, a perfect illustration of how French architecture evolved between the Middle ages and the 17th century.
Day 2: Blois - Amboise 42 km This itinerary will guide you through the forest and vineyards of Mesland appellation until the Château of Chaumont sur Loire that proudly overlooks the Loire river before reaching the nice town of Amboise and its royal chateau where lived the greatest kings of France.
Day 3: Excursion 28 km During this excursion in the heart of the vineyards of Montlouis area, you will have the opportunity to visit the Aquarium of Touraine before returning via the forest to Amboise for a stroll. Don’t miss a visit to the Clos Lucé Manor, last home of Leonardo Da Vinci.
Day 4: Amboise - Montrichard 44 km or 23 km Bike through vineyards and orchards to the famous chateau of Chenonceau elegantly straddling the Cher river, which was the scene of a rivalry of French history : Diane de Poitiers and Catherine de Medici. Then reach the charming town of Montrichard settled in the Cher river banks.
Day 5: Montrichard – Chitenay 43 km Leave the Cher Valley to reach the vineyards of Touraine area via the chateau of Gué Péan and the medieval chateau of Fougère sur Bièvre, a perfect illustration of the traditional 15th century building art, and finally spend the night in a charming rural hotel.
Day 6: Excursion Beauregard 26 km or Excursion Beauregard & Sologne 46 km An excursion through the Forest of Russy with possibility to visit the Château of Beauregard famous for its Portrait Gallery. Possibility to extend your excursion the rich and mysterious ‘Sologne’ with magnificent landscapes : beautiful forests sheltering game, ponds at every crossroads and small private châteaux hidden behind their vineyards or groves.

Discovery of the Dordogne
An escape along sumptuous rivers to discover the Quercy, its way of life, the fabulous vertical city of Rocamadour and the black Perigord with its beautiful landscape: nothing as change since prehistory! Travel through the deeply embanked Dordogne and Vezere rivers and their numerous chateaux than marked out this historical route.
Day 1: Arrival in Souillac Possibility to visit the Benedictine Monastery who was built in the XIIth century by St Eloi and his sumptuous abbey.

Day 1: Arrival in Cavaillon From its roman Chapel (12th century) to its historical narrow streets, the old city of Cavaillon has a lot of charm.
Day 2: Cavaillon - Cadenet 40 km (3h15) A stage dominated by the variety of landscapes which will guide you to the Durance valley with the beautiful mountains of Aix and the Alpilles as a background. Visit along the way Lauris and its 12th century château, then Cadenet and the ruins of its troglodyte chateau.
Day 3: Cadenet - Vitrolles en Luberon 35 km (2h50) Beautiful trip through a large part of the southern hills of the Lubéron sprinkled with authenticity villages. Visit the villages of Lourmarin, Vaugines, Curcuron…. before reaching the small village of Vitrolles en Lubéron.
Day 4: Vitrolles en Luberon - Manosque 38 km (3h10) A stage via the AOC vineyards of Pierrevert where is situated the museum of wine & vineyards before cycling to the city of Manosque at the doors of the ‘Alpes de Haute Provence’ area, a place at the heart of natural environment and exceptional architectural testimonies.
Day 5: Manosque -Forcalquier 30 km (2h35) A stage between two important places of Haute Provence area, showing a very different personality which will guide you to the eastern part of this area known as ‘Luberon oriental’: from the Durance valley, known for having been a natural place for historical migrations before arriving in the colourful and perfumed land of Forcalquier.
Day 6: Forcalquier – Aubenas 23 km (1h55) Enjoy your hotel and its swimming pool before riding on this short itinerary in direction of the Largue valley for a panoramic view over Aubenas les Alpes where the fragrance of distilled lavender is diffused in July/August
Day 7: Aubenas – Apt 39 km (3h) A geographic and culturally transitional ride where you can discover a real contrast in agriculture with lavander in the mountains and melons in the valley. You will finally arrive in the ‘small Luberon’ with its perched villages.
Day 8: Apt – Cavaillon 48 km (4h) A necklace of villages (Lacoste, Menerbes, Oppède le Vieux, etc ..) through the small Luberon will guide you on your stage. Day 2: Montagnette to Tarascon (30 kms) After breakfast, set off for Tarascon, Roi René's town, via the little villages typical: Barbentane, the Frigolet Abbey, Boulbon and its 11th century fortress. The route crosses undulating countryside covered with oak and pine trees and then the market garden plain of Tarascon. Day 5: transfer by taxi to Oisly : Oisly – Montrichard 19 km Leaving the Sologne area through the vineyards, you will reach the Cher Valley and the villages of Bourré and Montrichard. Overlooked by vineyards, these typical villages are sheltering incomparable underground sites : mushroom bed installed in an old carrier where before were extracted the Bourré’s “tuffeau” and where you can now discover the astonishing mushrooms cultivation.

Day 5 : St. Rémy de Provence - Saint Rémy de Provence (15 km). The prettiest part of the tour, but also the most difficult ( alternative route available ) Set off on the GR6 via Glanum and the Val St.-Clerg. There are superb views of the La Crau plain, the Mont Ventoux and the Durance valley. Evening meal and accommodation in a 2-star hotel in the heart of Saint Rémy.

Day 2: (St Malo) Rotheneuf – Cancale 16 km or 24 km Taxi transfer to St Malo Rothéneuf. Discover the walking path along the coast and enjoy the wild flower and sea breath fragrances. Join the charming and typical port of Cancale famous for the oyster farms. You will have the opportunity to hike until the ‘Pointe du Grouin’: fabulous ornithological reserve and wonderful site seeing over the Mont St Michel bay.
